Welcome to Green Green Grass. I’m Edmund O’Leary, and I provide life coaching for adults (18+) from my base in Epsom, Surrey. Whether we meet online worldwide or in-person locally, here is a simple guide to how we’ll work together.

 What Coaching Is (and Isn’t)

Think of coaching as a creative partnership aimed at your personal growth. It’s important to know that coaching is not therapy, medical treatment, or legal advice. While I’m here to support you, your results depend on your own commitment and actions. If you’re currently seeing a doctor or therapist, please chat with them before we start.

 Booking and Payments

I offer single sessions or multi-session packages. Once we agree on a plan and price, please ensure payment is made via bank transfer or card before we begin. For in-person meetings, cash is also fine by prior arrangement. Your session is officially confirmed once the payment clears.

 If You Need to Reschedule

Life happens! If you need to cancel or move a session, please give me at least 24 hours’ notice. Because I set this time aside specifically for you, cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice or missed appointments will be charged at the full rate. If I ever have to reschedule on you, I’ll give you as much notice as possible and ensure we find a new time or provide a refund for that session.

 Privacy and Trust

What we discuss stays between us. The only time I’d ever break this confidence is if I’m legally required to or if I’m seriously concerned about your safety or the safety of others. To keep our space safe, please don’t record our sessions without asking first.

 The Fine Print
You are responsible for your own life choices and well-being. While I bring my best professional self to every session, I cannot guarantee specific outcomes or be held liable for personal decisions made after our meetings. For online sessions, please ensure you have a steady internet connection and a quiet space.
